The Firm's Structure

The practice comprises the Managing Partner and a team of qualified, experienced and dedicated staff who assist in the day-to-day operations of the firm. Whereas the Managing Partner is responsible for the overall professional assignments, various duties are delegated to different members of the technical team, who are assigned duties matching their levels of competence and expertise.

In line with the International Standards on Auditing, the firm has implemented quality control policies and procedures, commensurate with its size and the nature of its practice, designed to ensure that all professional services rendered to clients are conducted in accordance with international standards or relevant local standards and practices.

Specifically, personnel in the firm adhere to the principles of independence, integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and professional behaviour. The Managing Partner ensures that professional work is assigned to personnel who have the degree of technical training, skills and proficiency required in the circumstances, with sufficient direction, supervision and review of work at all levels to provide reasonable assurance that work performed meets appropriate standards of quality.

In line with the Accountants' Professional Ethics, we undertake it as our duty to maintain a high level of professional competence throughout our career and would not undertake or continue with professional work which the firm is not competent to perform. To maintain objectivity and integrity, the accountancy and audit work for the same client are performed by different personnel.
